A seasoned international Lawyer, Notary Public of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, Diplomat, a Former High Commissioner to the India, Former Acting Ambassador to the Netherlands. He was appointed a justice of the peace in the year 2002 and recognized by the international WHO in 1999 for the various achievements he has attained professionally. He has since been in active practice consulting as an arbitrator and a litigator.

Obele Akinniranye: Obele commenced her legal career as a pupil under the pupilage of a seasoned law firm Adeboyega Adeleke and Co, Broad Street Lagos. While under pupilage she understudied and mastered the Art of oratory trial and appeal skills through exposure to various suits handled by the firm as well as developed her company secretarial skill. Prior to the law school, Obele had obtained a LLB from the University of Buckingham, Buckingham England having excelled and received the prize for the overall best student in the preliminary examinations. She thereafter proceeded to bag a Master Degree with specialty in Corporate and Commercial Law from King’s College London an Inter collegiate member of the University of London England. Uju .R. Nnamani (Mrs.) B.SC LLB BL
With the motto: Determination is Success as her watchword and with her undying love for the legal profession, Uju R. Nnamani set fort to the Law faculty of Nigeria’s premier University, ie University of Nigeria, Nsukka, determined to qualify with honors as a Lawyer, having previously obtained a B.Sc Degree in Mass Communication at the Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Enugu.
Uju’s determination and hard work paid off as she qualified as a lawyer in 2006 with a Second Class honors, Upper division. She immediately proceeded to the Nigeria Law School, Enugu Campus where She obtained a B.L in law also with a Second Class honors, Upper division. She started her legal career as a law school pupil in the law Firm of Nnamdi Otukwu Chambers in 2007. She worked closely with Mr. Nnamdi Otukwu who was the Secretary of the Nigerian Bar Association, Enugu Branch, at that period. This singular opportunity set the pace for her avid interest in litigation. Upon her call to the Nigerian Bar in 2007, she proceeded to work in the law Firm of Fidel Chibueze and Associates based in Enugu state of Nigeria where she worked closely with Mr. Fidel Chibueze (on Land and Chieftaincy matters, Company law, Recovery of premises matters and Criminal matters).
In 2009, upon her relocation to Lagos, She joined the law Firm of Obike and company where she worked closely with Mr. Chinwengozi Obike (on Company law and Receivership matters), Mr. Aniofik Josiah (on Commercial litigation, Banking and Legal drafting). Later that same year, she joined the dynamic law Firm of Tom George and Akinniranye where she is currently practicing as a Senior counsel. This once in a lifetime opportunity gave her the leeway to sharpen her litigation skills especially in Commercial litigation. Uju was part of the team that handled a cross section of high profile finance, Banking, Company law and Commercial law transactions. Some of the Banks represented includes; Access Bank Plc and Bank PHB while some of the Companies represented includes Mcdorsey Service Company ltd, City Scape, Howard Roarks Gardens Ltd and Associated Port and Marine Development Company ltd.
In Criminal law, Uju is currently heading a team of lawyers defending some Ikoyi prisons inmates in Court. The inmates who were variously accused of murder, armed robbery, robbery, and attempted robbery are presently being vigorously defended in the Lagos State High Court while some of them has been released. As part of her contribution towards humanitarian services to God and Mankind, Uju had rendered and continues to render Pro bono services to some indigent Nigerians who could afford to pay their legal fees. She continues to bring her wealth of experience to bear in handling both civil and criminal matters. She wrote and passed the entry course for the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) Nigerian Branch.
Uju is happily married with children.

Okechukwu Ubah (DIL; LL.B.; B.L.)
He is very brilliant, astute, dynamic and enterprising lawyer. He graduated from the prestigious University of Benin in 2005, and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2007. in the course of his journey as an astute legal practitioner, Okechukwu has worked with some of the best and brightest mind in the Nigerian legal terrain. Ikechukwu Ekeh (LL.B; B.L.)
A graduate of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, where in 2008, he bagged an LL.B. (Hons) degree from Nigeria’s premier law faculty. He thereafter proceeded to the Nigeria Law School where he obtained a B.L. in 2009.
Before joining the law firm of Tom George & Akinniranye, he worked as a Legal Officer in the legal department of Nigerian Breweries Plc (NB Plc). At NB Plc, he honed his legal skills and sharpened his analytical acumen especially in the areas of Corporate-Commercial Law, Intellectual Property and Company Secretarial Practice. Since joining TGA, he has improved greatly in Litigation and Tax Law.
He has been actively involved in some civil and criminal matters, as well as performing tax advisory functions.
He is an avid reader, and speaks English and one Nigerian language.

Ogechi .O. Onyema LLB , BL
Oge is an illustrious and motivated lawyer, she holds an LLB from the University of Nigeria Nsukka, where she was given a Certificate of Excellence as the outstanding vice president of the law students Association(LAWSA), and has further been the secretary of Imo State Law Students Association were she took minutes of meetings and kept adequate records of proceedings.
She was called to the Nigeria Bar in 2009 and is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association. She has worked in the law firm of Rayfield Associates in Asokoro Abuja during her court attachment program at the Nigerian law school Abuja, which practically exposed her to the actual practice of law with particular reference to corporate practice, to which she participated in the incorporation of companies. She is presently with the law firm of Tom George & Akinniranye in Lagos Island as an associate counsel where she renders legal services, drafting of legal documents, and due diligence.
Her specialties covers but not limited to criminal law, civil law, corporate law practice, intellectual property law ,as well as Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).She has a passion for the BENCH, and is positively working towards lifting the legal profession to a height of Excellence and Honor due to it. |

A young, vibrant and dynamic lawyer, Victoria graduated from the prestigious Olabisi-Onabano University (OOU) in 2006, where she graduated with an honours degree in Law. She later proceeded to the Nigerian Law School wherein she was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2009.

Andrew O. Lawani: (LLB, BL)
A result oriented and articulate young man. A graduate of Olabisi-Onabano University (OOU), where he was awarded the Bachelor of Laws degree. He proceeded to the Nigeria Law School and obtained a Barrister-at-Laws degree (BL) in 2007.
He joined the law firm of Val Elosiuba & Co., Onitsha, where he was introduced to the art and science of litigation and soliciting work. He joined later joined Tunde Xtopher & Co., as head, legal department, and was introduced to array of matters which ranged from title perfection to property sourcing.
